Assalaam alaikum sisters, 
I pray you are all well. Jazak’Allah to all those sisters who have been volunteering and participating in advertised events. We would appreciate more sisters being involved especially revert sisters and please feel free to bring along your non-Muslim friends.
There will be a number of events this week. Please kindly spread the word.
1. Wednesday morning coffee mornings at Masjid Furqan. 9.30 to 12.00 p.m for new Muslims and those interested in Islam. A place to network and socialise with sisters in Leicester. Al-Furqan Community and Cultural Association, 1 Kamploops crescent, LE1 2HX.
2.Umm Abdillah’s salat workshop beginning Thursday May 6th 2010 at Masjid Taybah (see poster).
3. Coffee morning at Sister Ayesha Acharya’s house, Monday 10th May at 9.30 am to 12.00 noon. 38 Laurel Road, off St. Peter’s road, LE2 1BN. A meeting place for new Muslim sisters and women feeling lonely and isolated. Entrance fee £1 as donations for Sisters 4 Islam. Call Ayesha 07897407422 for more information.
4. Mendhi pampering evening, same venue. Saturday June 12th 2010. From 6.00 to 10.00 p.m.
5. Sister Samia’s study circle on Usool athlaatha for girls Masjid al Furqan after Asr Every Friday
